Benedicts - (Choice of breakfast Potatoes, grits or seasonal fruit)
Sperry’s Benedict – Tenderloin, bearnaise
Eggs Benedict – Canadian bacon, hollandaise
Crab Florentine Benedict – Crab, creamed spinach, hollandaise
Omelets – (Choice of breakfast Potatoes, grits or seasonal fruit. Served with a biscuit)
Steak Omelet – Tenderloin, Monterey Jack, side of Bearnaise
Western Omelet – Peppers, bacon, red onions, Monterey Jack
