Jazz artist Kevin Whalum

The first in a new series of upscale, live Jazz concerts is this Friday, June 18. The series “The Cobalt Listening Room” has been put together by local Nashville businessman Will Knox.

The Nashville Jazz concert series, originally scheduled to be held at Durego Cool Springs, has been relocated to Rain Ultra Lounge at 504 4th Ave South, Nashville TN 37210.

Jazz musician Kevin Whalum is the first artist featured in the new Jazz concert series.

Happy Hour begins at 6pm, dinner at 7pm and show begins at 7:45pm.

Individual tickets start at $37.50 and VIP tables are available as described below.

The Lanai $375.00

This level includes dedicated table service for dinner and all cocktails ordered from the bar, a complimentary bottle of wine with dinner and an Artisan Cheese display during happy hour. Also included with this level of service guests get dedicated parking and a dedicated entry point into the venue. Tier I has seating for 6 guests on an elevated platform for an excellent stage view.

The Cabana $550.00

This level includes dedicated table service for dinner and all cocktails ordered from the bar, a complimentary bottle of Moet Nectar Rose’ with dinner and a fresh, seasonal fruit display during happy hour. Also included with this level of service guests get dedicated parking and a dedicated entry point into the venue. Tier II has seating for 8-10 guests on an elevated platform for an excellent stage view.

Valentine’s Day Jazz Dinner

Looking for something fun and romantic in Cool Springs for Valentine’s Day? Driving downtown can be a hassle. No one likes the price fixed menus that most restaurants in Cool Springs or Nashville offer on busy nights like Valentine’s Day or New Years Eve.

How about something different for Valentine’s Day this year?

Durego in Cool Springs is having a “Valentine’s Day Romantic Jazz Dinner” with dinner and live music on Sunday February 14 at 6:30pm. Durego is a new high end special event space in Cool Springs, located in the old Copeland’s restaurant on Westgate Circle in Brentwood.

The evening will include live jazz music, appetizers, salad, entree and dessert for $75 per person. Alcoholic beverages will be available at an additional charge. Reservations are required. The featured live music guests for the evening are Robin English and Kandace Springs.
