Join winemaker Laurie Claudon at Sperry’s fine dining restaurant in Cool Springs to sample some of Clark-Claudon‘s finest wines paired with exceptional Sperry’s appetizers.

Brinkmann’s Wine & Spirits on Carothers Pkwy is working with Sperry’s restaurant to jointly host this April wine tasting.

Wines offered in this special Cool Springs area tasting include 2008 Wild Iris Sauvignon Blanc, 2006 3 Stones Cabernet and 2005 Clark-Claudon Estate Cabernet.

The 2005 Clark-Claudon Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon was given a high rating of 94 points by world re-known wine expert Robert Parker.

This family owned vineyard in the northeast mountains of Napa Valley has produced a sensational 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate.  Its dense ruby/purple hue is followed by a Paulliac-like perfume of spice box, cedar, black currants and sublte background oak.  The wine is full-bodied with sweet but noticeable tannins, and a savory, expansive mouthfeel.  Drink this beauty now and over the next fifteen to twenty years.
