Circuit City Space Divided

The former Cool Springs Circuit City store, located at 545 Cool Springs Blvd., Franklin TN 37067, is being divided in half for two new tenants.  The tenants moving into this newly created space are Off Broadway Shoes and The Tile Shop.  Off Broadway Shoes is relocating from their former space behind Cozymel’s and Amerigo at 1648 Westgate Circle, Brentwood TN 37027.  The Tile Shop is new to the area and a home improvement store focusing on tile and natural stone.  The Tile Shop is expected to be moving in sometime during February.  Broadway Shoes move-in date is also believed to be after the first of the year.
