Trisha Yearwood, wife of country superstar Garth Brooks, has put her Brentwood home on the market for $2.2 million.
Yearwood purchased the 1920s cottage on Concord Road in May of 2000 for $1.775 million.
The 6,500 square foot home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a pool and sits on 4.5 acres.
The house was twice featured on TV. Yearwood shot a Great American Country cooking special in the kitchen and the home was decorated for an HGTV Christmas special.
Yearwood says she’s selling the house because her husband owns acreage north of Nashville and it doesn’t make sense to keep both.
Brooks and Yearwood have been spending most of their time on their ranch outside Tulsa, Oklahoma raising Brooks’ three daughters.
They’ll likely be spending more time in the Music City after his youngest daughter graduates from high school this spring.
