‘Concierge’ program saves families time and money; home delivery and gift wrapping free with many purchases

The Score of Cool Springs, video game retail and entertainment company based in Franklin, rolled out it’s “Holiday Concierge Program” this week as families prepare for a busy holiday season.  The program is simple: The Score takes the list of video games and merchandise families need to purchase for the holidays, and has everything ready to pick up on a specified date and time in December.  The program is designed to eliminate the frustrations and headache of hunting down popular games by reducing holiday video game purchases down to a single transaction.

“Customers come into The Score, where we can help them find just the right games they and their families will enjoy,” says Score founder Bradley Metrock.  “We then take a deposit against the list of merchandise they are looking to purchase, and have it ready for them when they need it.  Combine the convenience of this program with The Score’s everyday better prices and value, and you have a powerful new tool for parents needing to purchase video games this holiday.”

Gift-wrapping, home delivery, and even shipping within the continental United States are inexpensive – or free if the overall purchase amount exceeds $300.

“This program has typically been unavailable to the general public,” commented Metrock.  “We’ve only had it available for a few days already and we’ve seen tremendous interest already.”
