Metropolitan Bank Moving to Pat Emery’s Franklin Park

Metropolitan Bank announced Tuesday that it signed a lease for space inside Pat Emery’s One Franklin Park development in Cool Springs.
The Memphis-based bank is planning to relocate its existing office at 1612 West Gate Circle in Brentwood, Tennessee. It was the bank’s first office when they arrived in the Nashville area around 2012.

The bank’s office on West End Avenue will continue to be its Nashville headquarters.

“We’ve worked hard to grow a number of tremendous client relationships in our current space in Williamson County, but with the growth of our team and client base it is time to establish a larger, more visible presence in the market,” Bill Menkel, Metropolitan’s Market CEO in Nashville, said in a news release.

Metropolitan maintains approximately $100 million in loans and deposits in the Nashville market.
