Add BrickTop’s restaurant to your list of Cool Springs eateries to choose from next year! The well known Nashville restaurant on West End Blvd, is adding another location in Franklin at the McEwen exit.
We spoke with someone at BrickTop’s earlier today and the Cool Springs McEwen location is scheduled to open May 2011.
Things are also coming along at the neighboring Whole Foods under construction. The walls are all up now.
The Cool Springs McEwen BrickTop’s will be the chain’s fifth location. Their four current locations are in Nashville TN, Naples FL, Atlanta GA and Charlotte NC.
Everyone we know loves BrickTop’s, as they have a great menu and atmosphere. Our characterization of BrickTop’s is fresh, high quality, classic American food with a nice wine list.
The food and service BrickTop’s is known for should definitely give the J. Alexander’s in Cool Springs a run for their money.
A battle for the new “Cool Springs power lunch” destination may be under way, come next Spring.
